Return and Refund Policy

Refund policy usually consists of:

All items made incorrectly or missing from orders will be replaced and can be performed by staff..
Refunds are not able to be made by employees, due to past issues with theft, so an owner of the business can only issue a refund,
Owners are not on-site, so any refund granted may take 1-2 business days to be processed.
Only refunds approved and granted by the business owners will be paid out.
Refunds will be applied to credit card if order was paid for by credit card.
Cash refunds will only be made for orders that were paid for with cash and for which there is a receipt.
Owners reserve the right to refuse refunds based on specific circumstances.
